Q: What is the ownership title of the property and who can buy?
A: BSEL Kahraman Tower will be a completely freehold property which can be owned by an investor from any region around the globe.

Q: Do I need a UAE Bank Account?
A: Purchasers of freehold properties are not required to hold a local bank account.

Q: What taxes will I have to pay?
A: UAE has no taxes of any kind when purchasing a freehold property.

Q: Will I gain residency?
A: Freehold property owners and their families are eligible for residence visas in accordance to the UAE naturalization & residency laws.

Q: Registration and Stamp Duty?
A: At present it is AED 1,000.00 in Ajman, UAE. On a lump sum basis. However on land purchase Stamp Duty and Registration is 3% and transfer charges payable is 2%.

Q: Monthly Outgoings after Possession?
A: AED 0.5 to AED 1.00 per month per sq. ft.

Q: Rent Value if, given on rent?
A:

  • For 3 Bed room: - AED 65,000.00 per annum.
  • 2 Bed room: - AED 50,000.00 per annum.
  • 1 Bed room: - AED 40,000.00 per annum.

Q: Is there any expenditure for water connection, electric connection?
A: There is but payable only at the time of possession. It will be around 3-5% of value of your investment.
